Upon receipt of your application form Kingstons Property Management will forward the information onto the landlord. If the landlord decides to proceed with your application all perspective tenants over the age of 18 will be required to complete tenant referencing. Tenant referencing costs £97.00 per person and the fee is non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the references for each prospective tenant over the age of 18 the information will be discussed with the landlord and assuming the references are satisfactory and accepted by the landlord a start date for your tenancy will be confirmed. At this point we will draw up your tenancy agreement and you will be required to pay a tenancy fee of £197.00, a checkout fee of £60.00, the deposit, normally equal to one month's rent and the first month's rent.
